In June 2011, Pastor Lee accepted God’s new divine assignment at the Central Baptist Church of Wentzville, MO. They confirmed God’s appointment and called him to pastor. With a sincere desire to administer the church according to the Word of God, Pastor Lee preached and taught the powerful Gospel of Jesus Christ, leading to an increase in the weekly church attendance.
Pastor Lee has received numerous awards noting his exceptional abilities. Yet, his heart for serving God’s people remains the same as he focuses on servitude and not fame and prosperity; a rarity for a pastor and preacher of his youthful caliber. A servant-leader, Pastor Lee visits the sick, serves bereaved families, attends youth birthday parties, and attempts to meet and greet every members and visitors after each worship experience. He has crafted the theme at the Flood Christian Church – “Where we are flooding our Community with God’s Love.”
In 2013, being led of God, Pastor Lee birthed and founded the Flood Christian Church on Easter Sunday. Much like the vision for building that God gave to Nehemiah, our Pastor has sought God’s will for our church and has led his congregation through years of growth and blessings. His anointing and experience has gifted him with an ability to help the young, new Christians and those seasoned in Christ to prepare for, adapt to and experience transformation spiritually, economically, professionally, and socially in accordance to the Lord. Pastor Lee is committed to winning souls for Christ and uses preaching to provide God's divine Word to address matters important to salvation and human existence and for practical application. His focus is always on the Glory of God!
Pastor Lee continues to influence many within our state and our nation. He currently serves as the Chapter President of St. Louis for the National Action Network, under the direction of Rev. Al Sharpton. He has been very active and verbal in demanding the arrest of former Officer, Darren Wilson, for the senseless death of Mike Brown, the son of Mr. Mike Brown, Sr. – a current and active member of The Flood Christian Church. Pastor Lee’s influence in the areas of governmental trues has been noted by CNN, MSBC, KMOV, STL Post-Dispatch, Anderson Cooper and several international media sources, just to name a few.
Pastor Lee is happily married to the former Chanel Inez Kincaid, which has an amazing anointing to sing and minister in her own right. Their union merged together five extraordinary and loving children. Together they are the Founder and President of Kingdom Minded Ministries, an organization that focuses on conducting and organizing concerts, revivals and summits, creating opportunities to resound the Gospel of a soon coming King.

A proud product of the state of Missouri, Pastor Carlton R. Lee, Pastor of the Flood Christian Center has developed a love and sense of compassion for others. Even as a boy, he exemplified a spirit of devotion and cared for the needs of others more than his own. These early years laid the foundation for the life and the ministry of a humble servant of God. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior and was baptized at the tender age of 3 at his childhood church, Devotional Baptist Church under the mentorship of Rev. Earbie Bledsoe. During his teen years, he served at Mt. Gideon Baptist Church, under the tutelage of Pastor R. L. Huston. He dedicated his life to serving at the direction of his Pastor and later transition from Director of Operations to Youth Pastor.
